The new motorized, vinyl-like jog wheel: feel your performance as if you were playing with records. This 7-inch diameter JOG wheel has the same spin stability as a 12-inch turntable.

The Pioneer DDJ-REV7 allows for customization with the JOYSTICK. The acrylic top panel is finished with a texture close to real vinyl for an easy finger grip. You can choose between low and high torque settings, and use the two slip sheets included with each deck to find the optimal level of friction. Switch between different rotational speeds as you wish, and use the stop time setting to change how long the music is delayed when you press pause.

The Pioneer DDJ-REV7 offers a manual and intuitive display of important information on the jog wheel display. A 3.5-inch LCD display in the center of each JOG wheel keeps important information at your fingertips, so you'll be less likely to look away from the decks to your laptop. Thanks to the omnidirectional viewing angle, you can see what's displayed from any angle, and you can turn off the digital marker that indicates the playback position whenever you want. You can also label each JOG wheel with the included stickers if you prefer this method to the digital marker.

You can fine-tune the sound of your tracks using the Waveform mode. See the overall waveform of a track on the Pioneer DDJ-REV7, as well as detailed waveforms of tracks on both decks side by side to help you make quick and intuitive adjustments. You can also control the BPM, playback speed (tempo), elapsed or remaining time, a digital marker for the playback point (which can be turned off), and the number of beats per loop during playback.

With the Pioneer DDJ-REV7, you also have a virtual deck mode. With it, you can use Serato DJ Pro and change the number of beats to the next Hot Cue point. Not only that, but the Pioneer DDJ-REV7 allows you to display the artwork of the track being played and your own logo or favorite image on each deck after using the PC/Mac Image Transfer Tool to upload it to the Pioneer DDJ-REV7.

The Pioneer DDJ-REV7 comes with 4 original scratch patterns that you can activate by pressing the corresponding hardware buttons. Since the sounds are built-in, you can flash them at any time — even if the controller is not connected to your laptop. If you want to use your own samples in your set, you can instantly load scratch samples from the 4 banks you've created in Serato DJ Pro using the Scratch Bank feature.
