Aerosmith – legendary American rock band formed in Boston in 1970. The group consists of lead vocalist Steven Tyler, bassist Tom Hamilton, drummer Joey Kramer, and guitarists Joe Perry and Brad Whitford. Their style, rooted in blues-based hard rock, also incorporates elements of pop rock, heavy metal, and rhythm and blues. Aerosmith is known for hits like "Dream On", "Walk This Way", and "I Don't Want to Miss a Thing". They are considered one of the most successful and influential rock bands in the world, with over 150 million records sold and numerous awards, including Grammys and induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
Night in the Ruts – the sixth studio album by Aerosmith, released on November 16, 1979, through Columbia Records. Its recording faced significant challenges, including internal band conflicts and guitarist Joe Perry leaving during the tour. The album was partially produced by Jack Douglas and later by Gary Lyons.
