Powerful 3-way, compact speaker system. Can be used in various outdoor events and installations. It has DSP (Digital Signal Processing), offers various configurations, crossovers, limiters, EQ modes and a lock mode – preventing accidental changes. All settings are made using the LCD display and one manipulator. Equipped with patented SST (Synchronized Signal Transducers) technology, the waveguide design ensures uniform coverage and directivity. The waveguides are optimized using advanced software simulation technologies for precise control and minimal distortion. Designed by Electro Voice, transducers incorporate SMX subwoofer technology using composite cone material, stabilizing rings, and temperature control. The speaker gives a reduction in distortion and a high level of sound pressure. The high-performance DH3-B driver has a convex diaphragm that moves in coherent phase, boosting the frequency response up to 20kHz. The Electro Voice in FIR-Drive uses the latest FIR filter technology, advanced limiter algorithms for peak control and loudspeaker thermal protection. The cabinet is constructed from 18mm, 13-ply birch plywood with an EVCoat finish. ETX Powered Loudspeakers combine a smart DSP with powerful high efficiency amplifiers and transducers for legendary Electro Voice sound and stable performance.
