The Electro-Voice EVID C10.1 is a passive 10" multi-stage transformer in-ceiling subwoofer designed for reliable low-frequency amplification of front-end music systems in waiting rooms, offices, shops, restaurants, and more. Driven by 70V, 100V or 8 ohm power amplifiers, these subwoofers deliver 100W of continuous power. Each EVID C10.1 is equipped with a 10" high excursion woofer capable of covering the low frequency range from 45 to 150 Hz. An internal low-frequency circuit with overload protection ensures proper input signal bandwidth, and a low-loss transformer supports a variety of tap options, selectable via a convenient front-panel switch. A ported cabinet with a steel bekkan and an ABS baffle contributes to the expansion of the low-frequency range.
