The Electro-Voice EVID C12.2 is a passive 12" multistage transformer in-ceiling loudspeaker designed for reliable voice and music reproduction in waiting rooms, offices, shops, restaurants and more. Driven by a 70V, 100V, or 8 ohm power amplifier, this two-way speaker delivers 100W RMS. The EVID C12.2 is equipped with a 12-inch coaxial driver capable of effectively covering frequencies from 85Hz to 18kHz. The internal network with a frequency of 2 kHz ensures the distribution of bandwidth between the components of the AU. The built-in 64W transformer is equipped with automatic saturation compensation for 70V/100V operation. The transformer switch is conveniently located on the front of the loudspeaker. In case of an open ceiling, the EVID C12.2 is equipped with a built-in 3/8" threaded rod and fixing points for suspended mounting. If the ceiling is suspended, the included brackets and mounting ring provide an easy and secure installation. The back housing is made of thick steel, and It is finished in black so that it does not stand out from the crowd, it also provides optimal internal volume for extended bass reproduction.
