Electro-Voice speakers use innovative designs and materials to deliver high quality performance in a flush-mounted in-ceiling format.
The Electro‑Voice EVID C8.2D features a custom-tuned cabinet and an 8” woofer for amazing bass response. The 1" waveguide tweeter provides smooth, controlled coverage up to 20kHz. Ideal for installations where flush mounting is required, but high quality sound is required. A 4-point mounting system is included in the scope of delivery for quick and easy installation.

- Heat-resistant and moisture-resistant ceiling speaker system
- 8" (200mm) cone woofer with moisture-repellent special membrane in a ventilated enclosure
- 1" (25 mm) titanium-coated dome tweeter
- Built-in crossover filter with passive protection circuit to protect the crossover, bass chassis and tweeter from overload
- Ready for low-resistance operation as well as connection to 100 V systems using standard transformers
- Front rotary switch for setting the operating mode
- Baffle and rim made of heat resistant ABS plastic according to UL 94V-0
- Satin-finish matt white perforated powder-coated steel lid secured with special nylon cable
- Galvanized steel housing with rear lug for mounting an additional fuse
- Rear 4-pole terminal block for connecting loudspeakers and signaling to other loudspeakers
