The Electro-Voice EVID-EC6.2 is a professional 6.5-inch coaxial two-way ceiling loudspeaker designed to deliver high-quality sound in installation projects where power, clarity, and unobtrusive integration into the interior are required. With a wide frequency range from 80 Hz to 20 kHz, high sensitivity (92 dB), and a maximum sound pressure level of up to 116 dB, this model is ideal for music or speech reinforcement in shopping malls, business premises, conference rooms, and educational institutions.
The built-in transformer allows connection to 70/100-volt lines with a power selection of up to 30 W or use in 8-ohm mode. A convenient switch on the front panel allows you to quickly adapt the system to specific installation conditions. The high-strength steel housing, combined with a grille painted in signal white (RAL 9003), ensures durability and a discreet appearance in any interior.
The mounting depth of 149 mm allows the system to be installed even in low ceilings. The kit includes a mounting ring and tile beam for secure mounting in suspended ceilings made of mineral wool or fibrous materials. The 4-pin Euroblock connector supports cables up to 3.3 mm² and pass-through connection to other speakers. IP34 protection class and UL/IEC certification make the EVID-EC6.2 a reliable choice for long-term daily use in indoor environments.
