The Electro-Voice Sx300PI is a 12-inch, two-way, weather-resistant, high-performance, constant-directional loudspeaker designed for permanent installations. Through the extensive use of computer-aided design and simulation, Electro-Voice engineers have developed a state-of-the-art professional loudspeaker system for permanent installation in locations where weather resistance is required. The high frequency section of the SX300PI uses a cast horn with a constant directivity of 65° x 65°. This unique pickup pattern contributes to high intelligibility, vocals sound natural but cut through in noisy environments. In addition, the radiation pattern is unusually uniform over the operating range. The off-axis sound quality is very well maintained even at 45° off-axis, which exceeds the nominal coverage angle. High-strength polypropylene provides rigidity and strength to the lightweight body. The case has a carrying handle, four M8 mounting points and a hole for mounting on a stand. Two Neutrik speakON inputs provide a simple and reliable connection.
