Ennio Morricone was an Italian composer, arranger, conductor, trumpeter, and pianist who wrote music for over 400 films and television productions. He is considered one of the most renowned composers in film history. Morricone received numerous awards, including two Oscars, three Grammys, three Golden Globes, and six BAFTA Awards. His most iconic works include music for the films "A Fistful of Dollars", "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly," "The Mission", "The Untouchables" and "The Hateful Eight." Morricone's music became legendary, influencing many artists and composers.

The original soundtrack to the film "Quando l’Amore è Sensualità" is one of Ennio Morricone’s most mysterious, psychedelic, and dark scores. This double LP release features the full version of the soundtrack for the first time, including two sides of previously unreleased material. Composed for Vittorio De Sisti’s film, the music reflects the hypocrisy of bourgeois society through a contrast between primal brutality (male aggression) and airy, ethereal tenderness (female innocence). The score includes tonal experiments, enigmatic synthesizers, tribal drum patterns, and obsessive lullabies, showcasing Morricone's genius. Also featured are the fan-favorite track “Vie-Ni” from the "Morricone Segreto" collection, compositions with vocals by Edda Dell’Orso, and psychedelic prog pieces revealing the Maestro’s “secret” side.
