The QSC AD-S5T is a high-quality two-way wall-mounted loudspeaker with a transformer input, designed for professional indoor and outdoor sound reinforcement installations. Thanks to its advanced engineering, including Directivity Matched Transition® (DMT™) and Intrinsic Correction™ technologies, the system provides uniform coverage, accurate sound reproduction, and excellent reliability in a variety of operating conditions.
The loudspeaker is equipped with a 5.25-inch woofer with moisture-resistant impregnation and a 1-inch silk dome tweeter. The frequency range is 60 Hz – 20 kHz (-10 dB), with a peak sound pressure level of up to 112 dB @1 m in 8 ohm mode. With its wide 115-degree conical dispersion, the AD-S5T is ideal for zone sound reinforcement in commercial spaces, waiting rooms, cafes, and conference rooms.
The built-in 70/100 V transformer supports power switches (7.5/15/30/60 W) and bypass mode for 8-ohm connection. The compact ABS polymer enclosure and aluminum anti-corrosion grille provide IP54 protection, making the system resistant to dust and moisture. The package includes a universal X-Mount bracket that provides secure mounting at any angle, preventing the enclosure from sagging over time.
The AD-S5T supports horizontal or vertical mounting and is available in black or white. With support for Intrinsic Correction™ in the Q-SYS™ system and a complete EASE/BIM documentation package, the loudspeaker is easy to integrate into professional installation projects.
