ADAM Audio has released a limited edition A4V studio monitor in Arctic white to celebrate its 25th anniversary. The features of this edition are exactly the same as its original A4V counterpart, including integration with Sonarworks, which provides automatic room correction, and the option of an extended warranty of 5 years. The white color will definitely stand out in any studio or home audio system where the traditional black color does not fit.
The A4V is designed for small studio spaces, short listening distances, and multi-channel configurations that produce realistic sound. It delivers accurate, rich sound in a compact form factor. With a frequency response of 52Hz to 45kHz, the A4V is suitable for a wide range of audio applications – from podcast production to string quartet mixing – and lends itself well to 3D setups.
This monitor is equipped with a 4-inch diffuser made of multi-layer mineral fibers (MLM) and a classic 1-inch X-ART tweeter. The built-in DSP processor allows you to easily choose the perfect sound for your space, and the A Control application allows you to remotely adjust the monitor via the Internet. A special feature of this monitor is the integration of software for monitor correction from Sonarworks, which is performed directly through the DSP.
Inputs and controls are located on the back panel. Inputs include balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA. Available controls allow you to adjust low, medium, and high frequencies, as well as the overall volume level of the monitor. The dimensions are 268 x 158 x 220 mm, and the weight is 5.8 kg. Quite compact in size, which is an advantage for small studios and close fields. The monitor also comes with a user manual and a power cable.
Under the condition of registration, the warranty period is up to 5 years!
