Thirty Seconds To Mars is an American rock band formed in 1998 by brothers Jared and Shannon Leto. The band quickly gained popularity due to its unique style, blending elements of alternative rock, progressive rock, and post-grunge. Jared Leto, a well-known actor and the band's frontman, brings a distinctive energy and charisma to the music, which has become one of the key components of Thirty Seconds To Mars's success. It's the End of the World but It's a Beautiful Day is the sixth studio album by American rock band Thirty Seconds to Mars, released on September 15, 2023, through Concord. It is the first album after their debut without guitarist Tomo Miličević, who left the band in June 2018. The album was developed under the influence of 1970s and 1980s electronic music, and the material for it was written during the lockdown. According to Jared Leto, the band created over 200 tracks for this album. The first single, "Stuck," was released in May 2023 and was accompanied by a music video directed by Leto himself. The album was well received by critics, though the reviews were mixed, with the album receiving a score of 57 out of 100 on Metacritic. Despite this, many reviewers highlighted the band's experimental approach and the blending of electronic elements with traditional instruments, making it a unique and evolutionary step for the band.
