Flying is a Ukrainian band that plays in the style of melodic death metal. The collective was founded in 1998 and quickly gained popularity among connoisseurs of heavy music. Despite disbanding in 2011, the band returned to active activity in the fall of 2017. Then they released a new single and started work on a mini-album. The band consists of Viktor Ozolin (vocals), Max Nabokov (guitar), Mike Poggione (bass), and Oleksandr Kasyarum (drums). Flying is known for its energetic performances and powerful musical compositions that combine melodic elements with heavy riffs characteristic of the death metal genre.
The album "Graceful Murder" by the band Flying is a real diamond of the Ukrainian melodic death metal scene. It was recorded in 2009 and is characterized by powerful guitar riffs, exquisite arrangements, and impressive vocals. The song Progenitors opens the album with epic guitar parts and powerful drums.
