Gaitana-Lurdes Essami – Ukrainian singer of Congolese origin, born in Kyiv, who spent her early years in the Republic of Congo. She combines soul music with elements of jazz, blues, funk, and folk. Gaitana started her career in 1991, participated in various competitions, and worked as a backup vocalist. She has released several successful albums and became famous thanks to hits like "Shaleniy" and "Dity svitla." In 2012, she represented Ukraine at Eurovision with the song "Be My Guest," finishing 15th in the final.
Album "The Best UA" – a collection of the best Ukrainian-language songs by the singer, including well-known tracks like "Shaleniy," "Slidom za toboyu," "Snih," and "Zakokhana." The limited edition with Black Ice Vinyl design includes a booklet with lyrics, an insert, and OBI. Only 299 copies were released, and the first 100 contain Gaitana's autograph.
