Imagine Dragons is an American pop rock band formed in 2008 in Las Vegas, USA. The name of the group is an anagram, the meaning of which is known only to the members of the group itself. Became famous after the release of their debut studio album Night Visions in September 2012. US magazine Billboard named them the brightest new stars of 2013 and the biggest band of 2017, and Rolling Stone magazine named their single "Radioactive" the biggest rock hit of the year.
Evolve is a landmark work that marks a transitional moment in the band's career. This album differs from the band's previous releases, such as "Night Visions" and "Smoke + Mirrors", which had elements of Coldplay's style. "Evolve" was released to much fanfare, especially after the release of the single "Believer", which was used as the soundtrack to the Nintendo Switch commercial at the Super Bowl.
