Jager Music Awards – is an award for Ukrainian independent music. Since 2018, the award has been actively supporting and promoting the alternative Ukrainian scene, providing a platform for the development of young artists. This record is a continuation of the Jager Music Awards mission: to discover new names and increase interest in Ukrainian music history, giving it a modern, relevant sound.
The album "JAGER MUSIC AWARDS - Maisternist" – is a vinyl record containing 13 modern covers of famous Ukrainian songs. The tracks for the compilation were collected as part of the "Maisternist Roku" (Mastery of the Year) 2024 open nomination, which encouraged artists to rethink heritage. The record, released on yellow vinyl, includes versions of both folk and original compositions, including "Ne treba" (SemJuel + Skriabin), "Nich yaka misiachna" (mine and Tember Blanche), and "Yak ya spala na seni" (the band "MOVA").
