Kurgan & Agregat is a Ukrainian hip-hop band from Kharkiv region, founded in 2014. Their work is distinguished by authenticity, the use of surzhyk and Slobozhansky dialect, which makes them unique in the Ukrainian hip-hop scene. Kurgan & Agregat is considered one of the most authentic Ukrainian hip-hop groups. Their song "Degan" claims to be the anthem of the new generation. In 2022, the group was included in the 30 Under 30 rating by Ukrainian Forbes. With the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, one of the band members, Yevhen Volodchenko, joined the Armed Forces, and Amil and Ramil Nasirov are now volunteering.
The Best is an album by Kurgan & Agregat that was released in 2023 and immediately became a hit among collectors and fans of authentic Ukrainian hip-hop. This release has become a real anthology of the band's best hits, collecting 8 songs that have won the love of the public throughout their career.
