The record features mostly jazz standards performed by the singer, along with two original tracks, including “Happy Mistake.” It received positive reviews from critics and charted highly in countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, and Spain. “Harlequin” continues Gaga’s exploration of jazz music following her collaborations with Tony Bennett, but this time as a solo artist reimagining Harley Quinn in a musical form.
