Description

LETHARGY [UA] is a Ukrainian heavy metal band founded in Zaporizhzhia in 2007. Starting with gothic dezu, they gradually evolved into melodic dezu. The band has gone through many line-up changes, but has always maintained its unique musical identity. During the years of existence, LETHARGY created several albums and music videos. Despite the difficulties, the band continues to create music that rises above the modern Ukrainian metal scene.

Our Life Belongs To Us is the band's fourth album and first release on vinyl, as well as the band's first English-language album. This atmospheric death metal album was the result of intense creative work that took place during a full-scale war. The theme of the record is focused on war, relationships with God and family values, which creates a powerful emotional atmosphere. The compilation of the album took place under the guidance of the famous sound engineer Anton Vorozhtsov from TA Production, and the cover was created by the Swedish artist Matthias Noren. Guest vocalists from famous Ukrainian bands such as Kostyantyn Naumenko, Vlad Shahin and Oleksandr Plyusnin also took part in the recording of the album, and Aaron Stainthorpe from My Dying Bride was the main guest.

The album contains 9 tracks.

  • Side A:
    • Eternal Solitude (feat. Vlad Shahin)
    • Hard to Breath
    • Eden
I Will Never Forget You (feat. Alexander Pliusnin)

    • Delusions (feat. Konstantin Naumenko)
    • The Sea of Trees
    • John Galt
