Okean Elzy is a Ukrainian rock band formed in 1994 in Lviv. It is one of the most popular and successful rock bands in Ukraine. Their songs are broadcast on radio and television, and their concerts are attended by millions of fans worldwide. Okean Elzy's music is a blend of indie, rock, and pop. Their songs often focus on love, freedom, and Ukraine. Their music inspires and unites people, and it continues to resonate and inspire over many years.
"Model" is the third studio album by Okean Elzy, which became a true breakthrough and set new standards for Ukrainian rock music in the early 2000s. The record combines powerful guitar energy with bold electronic experiments and Svyatoslav Vakarchuk's profound lyrics. The album features legendary hits such as "911," "Drug," "Vstavay," and "Ty sobi sama." This special double colored vinyl (2LP) edition includes a unique bonus — a podcast by Vakarchuk on the fourth side, where the band leader personally shares the history and concept behind this landmark release.
