The band "Skryabin" is a prominent Ukrainian musical collective known for its diversity and evolution of style throughout its existence. Founded in 1989 in the city of Novoyavorivsk, the band quickly gained popularity under the leadership of vocalist and frontman Andriy "Kuzma" Kuzmenko, thanks to their energetic music and vibrant performances. Andriy Kuzmenko was the only permanent member of the band throughout its existence, and he was not only the voice of "Skryabin" but also its inexhaustible source of energy and creativity. Throughout its career, the band released an impressive number of musical projects: seventeen studio albums, two compilations, nine maxi singles, as well as concert recordings and other releases. Their songs often reflected the social and cultural aspects of Ukrainian life and had a great influence on the younger generation.
The Best Volume 2 is a limited edition from 2019, with new mastering done at the "Na khati Records" studio. The compilation presents various stages of "Skryabin's" creative journey, making it rich and multifaceted. The vinyl contains both romantic synth-pop compositions and energetic rock hits, reflecting the band's development and evolution. This release will be a great addition to the collection of anyone who appreciates "Skryabin's" music.
