Son Sovy is a Ukrainian band that combines jazz, electronic and academic music with crazy drama and buffoonery aesthetics. They are considered to be one of the founders of the poetic musical genre of poetry. Son Sovy collaborated with Ostap Stupka, Irena Karpa, Michael Shchur, and others. The group plays an important role in the contemporary Ukrainian artistic process.

Yuriy Andrukhovych is a famous Ukrainian poet, prose writer, and translator, the founder of the legendary artistic association Bu-Ba-Bu. He is the author of the novels Moscoviada, Recreation, the poetry collection Letters to Ukraine, and other works that occupy a prominent place in the history of Ukrainian literature and postmodernism. He won hundreds of awards and was translated into dozens of languages. Andrukhovych has collaborated with such bands as Mertvyi Piven, Plach Yeremii Karbido, and others.

Коханці Ю (The Lovers of Yu) is a literary and musical album released in 2020 that immediately took the top spots in the Ukrainian music charts. It is dedicated to urban legends about artists, gopniks, and maniacs of Ivano-Frankivsk from different eras. It is based on Yuri Andrukhovych's paranormal novel The Lovers of Justice (another title of the album is Yu's Lovers – Music Before and After the Novel). This is a carnival album synergizing modern jazz, avant-garde electronic music with Andrukhovych's postmodern poetry performed by the author.
