Description

The Offspring is an American punk rock band formed in 1984 in Garden Grove, California. Initially known as Manic Subsidal, the band gained popularity in the 1990s alongside Green Day, NOFX, and other Californian punk bands. Over their 39-year career, they have released 10 studio albums and sold over 40 million records. Their most famous album is "Smash" (1994), which features the hit "Come Out and Play." While the band's lineup has changed over time, Bryan "Dexter" Holland remains the only permanent member.

Rise and Fall, Rage and Grace is the eighth studio album by American punk rock band The Offspring, released on June 11, 2008. It was the band's first album in five years following Splinter (2003), marking their longest gap between albums at the time. The recording of the album began in 2004, but the process was delayed, and in 2006 the band announced that they had begun working with producer Bob Rock. The recording process lasted four years and was completed in April 2008. The album includes four singles: "Hammerhead", "You're Gonna Go Far, Kid", "Kristy, Are You Doing Okay?", and "Half-Truism".

The album includes 12 tracks.

Side A:
  • Half-Truism
  • Trust in You

  • Takes Me Nowhere
Side B:
