"Vkhid U Zminnomu Vzutti" is a Ukrainian rap group founded in 1989 in Rivne by Oleksandr Styoganov and Oleksandr Polev. The first success came in 1995 at the Chervona Ruta festival, where they gained popularity with the hit song "Sirko". In the late 90s, after moving to Kyiv, the group became one of the most successful rap teams of Ukraine, releasing the platinum album "Planove zasidannya". In the 2000s, the band went through numerous line-up changes and creative experiments, but remained popular, performing at festivals and working on new projects.

"The Best" is a compilation of the best songs from the legendary band "Vkhid U Zminnomu Vzutti" presented by the MOON RECORDS label. The band stood at the origins of Ukrainian hip-hop culture and significantly influenced its development.
