The ART USB IV is a 4x4 digital audio interface that offers the best price-to-performance ratio in its class. The interface is equipped with four universal combo inputs (XLR / 1/4"), providing exceptional connection flexibility. You can use any configuration: four microphones simultaneously, or two microphones and two guitars/bass guitars connected to the High-Z instrument inputs. Each channel features a high-quality, low-noise discrete preamp with +48V phantom power for use with condenser microphones. Intuitive indicator rings around the gain knobs make it easy to set the optimal signal level.
For audio output, there are two balanced 1/4" outputs with transformer isolation, ensuring a clean, interference-free signal to your studio monitors. A separate headphone output, which carries channels 3 and 4, allows for independent monitoring. The zero-latency monitoring feature is essential for comfortable real-time recording of vocals and instruments.
The device is powered directly from the USB port, making it an ideal solution not only for a home studio but also for mobile recording. Full-size MIDI connectors on the rear panel allow for easy integration of external synthesizers and MIDI controllers. The interface comes bundled with Steinberg Cubase LE software, making the ART USB IV a complete, ready-to-use studio package right out of the box.
