The Luce series acoustic guitars are a great alternative to the popular dreadnought size instruments. They are available in OM, Concert and Parlor sizes for ease of play and a more balanced sound. Combining the traditional vintage look of the golden age of acoustic guitars with all the benefits of modern manufacturing techniques, the Luce Series perfectly captures Cort's vision of a concert acoustic.

Orchestra Model (OM)

The Orchestra Model (OM) body shape was developed in the 1920s and carries the pre-war acoustic guitar sound to this day. One of the characteristic features of this model is surprisingly spacious sound for its size and excellent dynamics. A bright voice with a crisp attack and expressive midrange, ideal for playing with your fingers.

Solid red spruce top

Red Spruce (Adirondack Spruce) is stronger and denser than Sitka Spruce. The sound of this breed is characterized by improved dynamics and softness of timbre at high volumes. The carefully scalloped soundboard ties are also crafted from red spruce to further enhance the instrument's unique sound and response.

Solid mahogany back and sides

With a bright yet dense sound with a pronounced mid-range, mahogany has become the standard for the body and back of acoustic guitars.

Tortoiseshell piping and special varnish

In order to emphasize the authenticity of the instrument, the protective edging of the body and the pickguard are colored with a tortoiseshell. A special toner applied to the top mimics the aged lacquer of 1930s acoustic guitars.

Increased nut

The zero width of the L300VF has been increased to 45mm for more comfortable sounding, especially when playing with your fingers.

Improved coverage

In order to unleash the full potential of solid wood, we use a special ultra-thin coating. The special UV treatment not only greatly improves the resonance of the case, but also makes this coating more scratch resistant.

Open tuners Grover

Grover tuners are reliable and smooth, while the retro design enhances the sleek vintage look of the instrument.

Bone nut

As with top-tier instruments, the L300VF nut is made of buffalo bone for a more natural transfer of string vibration energy to the body and neck of the instrument.

Thanks to a special compact design, the Sonitone EQ system fits into the instrument without making any holes in the cabinet, while maintaining natural resonance and all the richness of the timbre.
