The Epiphone J-200 EC Studio Parlor Vintage Natural is a compact electro-acoustic guitar that retains the elegance and powerful sound of the legendary J-200 Jumbo, but in a more convenient Parlor format. Its smaller size makes it ideal for traveling and live performances, while maintaining the depth and expressiveness of the sound thanks to quality materials and advanced electronics.
The top is made of solid spruce for a bright, resonant sound with good resonance, while the bottom and neck are made of ovangkol for warmth and richness. The maple neck with pao ferro fingerboard has a classic profile that fits perfectly in the hand for a comfortable playing experience. The pao ferro bridge complements the overall resonant character of the instrument and contributes to a precise response to every stroke.
With Fishman Sonicore electronics and a Presys II preamp, this guitar can be easily connected to an amplifier or recording equipment while maintaining the natural tone of an acoustic. The control system includes volume, bass, treble, and treble controls, a phase switch, and a built-in tuner with LED display for quick and accurate tuning.
The guitar's design reflects Epiphone's signature style, featuring a natural high-gloss finish, Grover Mini-Rotomatic frets for consistent tone, and classic decorative elements that add to the instrument's sophistication.
