The Yamaha CPX600 is a versatile electro-acoustic guitar that combines playability, surround acoustic tone, and advanced sound reinforcement technology. Featuring a Medium Jumbo Cutaway body, this instrument offers deep, powerful bass, a mellow midrange, and a refined high end, making it ideal for solo performances, ensemble playing, or even home jam sessions.
The top is made of spruce for a clear and dynamic sound, while the bottom, neck, and fingerboard are made of carefully selected musical woods for warmth and depth. The X-shaped soundboard improves resonance and guarantees a stable, balanced tone.
The guitar is equipped with Yamaha's updated System 65 sound reinforcement system, which includes the SRT piezoelectric pickup, which transmits the natural sound of the instrument even when plugged in. The system is powered by conventional AA finger-type batteries, making it convenient and economical to use.
