Electric guitar Jackson JS Series Dinky Arch Top JS22 DKA (Natural Oil) is a stylish and versatile instrument at an affordable price that is great for «aggressive» genres of music. The body of the guitar has a Dinky shape, which is a variation of the classic Superstrat with deep cutaways that provide quick access to all 24 Jumbo frets. The deck is made of Nato. This is a wood that is similar to mahogany in tonal characteristics and is characterized by rich midrange. At the same time, the deck has an arched top, which provides additional comfort for the hand.

The guitar is equipped with a maple neck for speed play, which is bolted on and has graphite reinforcement for additional structural strength. The main feature is the compound radius of the fretboard (from 12 to 16 inches). This means that the fingerboard is more curved near the top fret, which is convenient for playing chords, and flattens closer to the last fret, which is ideal for fast solos, shredding and wide bands. The fingerboard is made of amaranth and has a signature pearloid shark fin inlay.

The electronics and hardware of the JS22 DKA model are aimed at providing a powerful, aggressive tone characteristic of heavy metal and hard rock. It is equipped with two ceramic humbucker pickups — in the neck and bridge positions. Ceramic magnets provide high output, powerful attack and a tight sound with a lot of midrange, which is ideal for playing with high gain. A simple circuit with a 3-way switch, volume knob and tone knob is used to control the electronics.
