The Sennheiser EW-DX SKM-S (Q1–9) transmitter is a professional wireless handheld transmitter in a compact, rugged metal housing, designed to work with receivers from the Evolution Wireless Digital series. The model features a modern eInk display with backlight that shows all system operating parameters, including frequency, battery level and AES-256 encryption status. An integrated mute switch provides convenient on-hand control.
Transmitter operation can be controlled directly via the functional buttons on the housing or remotely via Bluetooth Low Energy in conjunction with a compatible receiver. The transmitter guarantees stable operation at ranges up to 100 m.
The transmitter is fully compatible with Sennheiser microphone capsules from the evolution wireless, 2000, Digital 6000 and 9000 series, as well as Neumann KK 204/205. The package includes AA batteries, an MZQ 1 clip holder, a protective pouch and quick start / safety guides.
Power is supplied by the BA 70 rechargeable battery pack or two AA batteries. The battery provides up to 12 hours of runtime, and built-in charging ports allow charging the transmitter via the Sennheiser CHG 70N charging station.
