The core of the system is the compact Sennheiser EW-DP EK digital receiver, which is very reliable and very easy to use. Both experienced professionals and amateurs who are just beginning to get acquainted with modern wireless microphone equipment can easily work with it. The receiver can be configured via Bluetooth, including remotely, from the menu of the proprietary Smart Assist mobile application, which saves a lot of time and effort when working in the studio and on film sets. The Sennheiser EW-DP EK also features a front-facing OLED display, making menu navigation much easier and allowing system operating parameters to be checked at a glance from virtually any angle and lighting.
