Direct Box (DI-Box) Radial J48 Stereo

The Radial J48 Stereo is a professional 2-channel active DI box with 48V phantom power, designed for live performances and studio recordings. Thanks to its unique switching power supply, the device provides exceptional headroom, minimal distortion, and wide dynamic range, ensuring accurate reproduction of the natural sound of the instrument.

The J48 Stereo supports stereo separation between left and right channels, allowing it to be used both for stereo sources (synthesizers, digital pianos, drum machines) and for two separate instruments. Most active DI boxes process signals up to 3V, which can lead to overloads. The J48 Stereo uses an internal voltage of 9V, which makes it possible to work with stereo keyboards and power tools whose signal level reaches 7V.

The device has a built-in low-pass filter (-3 dB @ 80 Hz) to eliminate unwanted noise and protect against mechanical interference. The phase inversion function (180°) for the right channel avoids problems with phase shift when working with stereo signals. A 14-gauge steel enclosure protects the electronics, making it suitable for heavy touring use.
