Gate dbx 1074

The dbx 1074 QuadGate™ is a professional four-channel gate designed for precise noise and dynamic signal control. It’s the perfect companion to the dbx 1066 and 1046 models, offering flexible threshold, depth, and release adjustments for each individual channel. The dbx 1074 is ideal for processing drums, vocals, live instruments, and microphones where effective noise removal, bleed control, or unwanted sound suppression is essential.

Each of the four channels features an independent key filter, allowing you to trigger the gate only when the desired frequency is present. This makes the dbx 1074 exceptionally accurate, especially for handling percussion or instruments with long decays like pianos or cymbals. Built on dbx’s proprietary V2 VCA, the unit includes gold-plated balanced XLR and 1/4” inputs/outputs, RMS level detection, and a stereo link mode.
