The Crown CDi DriveCore 2|600BL is a powerful and versatile two-channel amplifier designed for professional audio installations in medium-sized venues such as cinemas, houses of worship, bars, lounges, and other public spaces. Utilizing Crown’s proprietary DriveCore™ technology, it delivers high performance with fewer internal components, ensuring stable operation, high reliability, and excellent sound quality.
The CDi 2|600BL delivers 600W per channel at 4 or 8 ohms, and up to 1200W in bridge mode. It also supports 70V and 100V distributed audio lines without requiring an external transformer, making it ideal for high-impedance speaker systems.
The built-in DSP processor enables flexible signal configuration and includes features such as input routing, 8-band parametric EQs on both input and output, signal delay (up to 1000 ms on input and 100 ms on output), crossover, and LevelMAX™ limiter. This allows precise system optimization for specific applications.
With BLU link integration, the amplifier can send and receive up to 256 digital audio channels without quality loss, streamlining its integration into large-scale audio networks. Control and monitoring are handled via HiQnet Audio Architect over TCP/IQ, while the intuitive front-panel interface enables full configuration without a PC.
The GPIO/AUX port allows for preset recall, channel muting, fault monitoring, and remote power control. With preloaded JBL speaker tunings, setup becomes faster and easier.
