The Monitor Audio Core C165-T2 is part of the Creator series, designed for easy-to-install, high-quality architectural loudspeaker solutions. This two-way stereo model combines modern design with the latest Monitor Audio technology to deliver clear and realistic sound. The speaker system is ideal for playing “background” music in small rooms, as well as for rear channels in home theaters.
The core of the system is a 6.5-inch bass driver made with MMP II (Metal Matrix Polymer) technology, which is responsible for clear reproduction of mid and low frequencies. Two C-CAM tweeters with gold-plated domes provide balanced high frequencies. All drivers are integrated into a single cabinet, which contributes to improved sound clarity.
The system can be easily mounted into walls or ceilings thanks to Tri-Grip three-position clamps that increase the contact area and guarantee the stability of the structure. The diameter of the mounting hole is 211 mm and the mounting depth is 116 mm. Thanks to the magnetic low-profile grilles, which can be painted to match the interior, the speaker remains as invisible as possible.
The C165-T2 provides a frequency range of 60-25,000 Hz with high detail and is easily connected with gold-plated spring terminals. A square grille or premium round PG6-R grille is available as an option, allowing you to adapt the speaker to any design.
