The Shure MX412D/C conference microphone is a professional gooseneck condenser microphone designed for permanent installations in conference rooms, courtrooms, lecture halls, and places of worship. With high sensitivity, cardioid polar pattern, and advanced radio frequency interference filtering, the MX412D/C delivers exceptional speech clarity even in challenging acoustic environments.

The microphone is 12 inches (30.5 cm) long and features a two-section flexible design for precise positioning. The built-in mounting bracket with a lock allows the device to be securely mounted on a surface, while the shock mount provides over 20 dB of vibration isolation. A removable foam windscreen reduces the impact of breathing noise and pop sounds.

The cardioid interchangeable capsule installed in this version has a frequency response of 50 Hz – 17 kHz, which is optimized for speech, and has a maximum sound pressure level of up to 124 dB. Thanks to the balanced transformer output, the microphone demonstrates high resistance to electromagnetic background noise and radio frequency interference even when using long cables. Works with phantom power in the range of 11–52 V.

The device has an integrated mute switch for convenient sound control and an LED status indicator that clearly signals microphone activity. The kit includes interchangeable accessories for mounting and operation.
