External module Zoom EXH-6e (for Zoom H5studio/H6essential/H6studio)

The Zoom EXH-6e external module is designed to expand the capabilities of your portable recorder. It adds two additional inputs, allowing you to record more sound sources simultaneously, which is critical for podcasts with multiple participants, recording music bands, or complex field recordings.

The module is equipped with two combo XLR/TRS inputs with reliable locking connectors that accept both mic and line-level signals. This allows you to connect a wide range of equipment: from dynamic and condenser microphones to keyboards, mixers, and other audio devices. Additionally, a separate 3.5mm stereo input is ideal for connecting lavalier microphones or a stereo signal from players or smartphones.

One of the key advantages of the module is the ability to power condenser microphones. The EXH-6e provides phantom power for both XLR inputs when an external power source (like an AC adapter or power bank) is connected to the USB-C port on the module itself. For lavalier mics connected to the 3.5mm input, Plug-in Power is also provided, making this module extremely versatile.
