Snoop Dogg (Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr.) is a famous American rapper. His career began in 1992 when he appeared on the single Dr. Dre "Deep Cover". He released several successful albums including "Doggystyle" and "Tha Doggfather". He later signed with No Limit Records and Geffen Records, continuing his successful career. Broadus also has acting experience. He starred in the movie "Murder Was the Case". His accomplishments include an American Music Award, a Primetime Emmy, and numerous Grammy nominations.
R&G (Rhythm & Gangsta): The Masterpiece is Snoop Dogg's seventh studio album, released in November 2004. Tracks were recorded for more than a year in different studios. The album debuted at number six on the Billboard 200, selling 225,000 copies in its first week. Its lead single, "Drop It Like It's Hot" featuring Pharrell Williams, reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100. The album was positively received by critics, especially for its simple production and successful collaborations with other artists.
