ABBA – a Swedish music group formed in 1972 in Stockholm. The name of the group is an acronym of the first letters of the members' names (Agnetha, Björn, Benny, Anni-Fried). It is considered one of the most successful bands in the history of popular music. ABBA has sold over 380 million albums and singles worldwide. They are also famous for winning the Eurovision Song Contest in 1974, where they represented Sweden.
Voulez-Vous is the sixth studio album by the Swedish group ABBA, released on April 23, 1979. It includes five hits: "Chiquitita", "Does Your Mother Know", "I Have a Dream", and the double A-side "Voulez-Vous"/"Angeleyes". In this album, ABBA embraced disco music, which was at its peak at the time. Voulez-Vous topped the charts in many countries and ranked among the top five best-selling albums in the UK for the year. It was the first ABBA album mostly recorded at Polar Studios in Stockholm, and the only one that contains a recording made outside of Sweden.
