Björn Ulvaeus is a Swedish musician, singer, composer, and producer, best known as a member of ABBA. He was born on April 25, 1945, in Gothenburg, Sweden. Before forming ABBA, Ulvaeus was a member of the popular folk-schlagger group Hootenanny Singers. After ABBA's success, he, together with Benny Andersson, created several well-known musicals, including Chess, Kristina från Duvemåla, and Mamma Mia!. After ABBA's breakup, he remained active in music, became president of CISAC, and continued collaborating with other artists. In recent years, he became part of the virtual show ABBA Voyage and worked on projects combining music with new technologies.

Benny Andersson is a Swedish musician, composer, and producer, best known as a member of ABBA. He was born on December 16, 1946, in Stockholm. Andersson began his career in the 1960s as a keyboardist in the pop group Hep Stars, later becoming a co-founder of ABBA, where, together with Björn Ulvaeus, he wrote numerous hits. After ABBA's breakup, he continued his successful career by working on musicals such as Chess, Kristina från Duvemåla, and Mamma Mia!, releasing several solo albums, and creating his own orchestra, Benny Anderssons Orkester. He continues to actively perform and record music, collaborating with other Swedish artists.

The album Lycka was released in 1970 by the Swedish folk-rock duo Björn Ulvaeus and Benny Andersson, who later became part of the legendary ABBA group. Most of the songs on the album are sung by Björn, and they clearly reflect the influence of Brian Wilson, the Beatles' "Ticket to Ride" period, and traditional Swedish folk music. The album was produced by Björn and Benny, along with Bengt Bernhag and engineer Michael B. Tretow. The recordings featured two Swiss musicians – drummer John Counz and bassist Gus Horn. Additionally, the album features backing vocals by Anni-Frid Lyngstad and Agnetha Fältskog, future members of ABBA. Three years later, the album Ring Ring was released, becoming the first official release of the group, which later gained worldwide popularity.
