Vinyl Record Blooms Corda - Naydorozhchi rechi u sviti (Colored Vinyl) [LP]

Blooms Corda is a Ukrainian musical group created by Danylo Halyk in 2014. They are known for their combination of funk and jazz music with poetic Ukrainian texts. Their albums occupy high positions in the ratings of music media. The band consists of Danylo Halyk (vocals, guitar, harmonica), Andriy Palii (drums), Oleksiy Petrenko (bass guitar), Olga Shurova (vocals, keyboards, percussion) and Nazar Vachevskyi (saxophone, clarinet). Blooms Corda continues to delight listeners with their original music and lyrics.

“Naydorozhchi rechi u sviti” is an album by the Ukrainian band Blooms Corda, which was released on June 10, 2022. The album contains ten tracks that tell simple but incredible stories: about saying goodbye at a train station, fighting anxiety, spiritual sessions, and more. It conveys a light and sincere atmosphere that reminds us of the peaceful world we once lived in. The album was recorded during 2021-2022, and the last tracks were completed already in the spring of 2022. It became one of the first full-length releases in Ukraine since the beginning of the full-scale invasion.

The leader of the band Danylo Halyko says that the interests of the band and publishers completely coincided, because the publishing house is engaged in releasing music exclusively on analog media, and Blooms Corda created this album specifically for records:

«At the beginning of the creation of the album, I already had an understanding and desire to release it on vinyl, we took this into account during the recording and tried to achieve the most crunching, warm sound. We took a lot of trouble: we selected only vintage instruments with their own history, we carefully listened and tuned the drums, and in general we recorded most of everything through tube equipment. But at the same time, all the tracks were made in an atmosphere of unprecedented ease and pleasure.
