One Night Only – The Greatest Hits is a live album released by British musician Elton John in 2000. The album was recorded on October 20 and 21, 2000, at Madison Square Garden during his Medusa Tour. Although the title suggests one concert, most of the recordings were made during the second performance due to technical issues during the first night. In the U.S., the album received Gold certification from the RIAA in July 2001.
