The Shure UA844+SWB-E antenna distribution system allows for the expansion of wireless microphone systems by actively distributing the signal from one pair of antennas to multiple receivers. It also amplifies the RF signal to compensate for losses that occur when splitting signal power to multiple outputs. A single UA844+ system supports connection of up to five receivers, and in a two-tiered configuration, up to five UA844+ systems can be connected.
UA844+SWB-E operates in the frequency range of 470 to 960 MHz. The rear panel includes antenna connectors A and B, a 15 V DC (2.54 A) power input, power outputs for connecting receivers (cannot be used for other distribution systems), cascade ports for connecting additional devices, and connectors for antennas A and B.
The system includes two BNC cables of 1.8 meters in length, ten BNC cables of 60 cm in length, four locking DC power cables for ULX4D and ULXP4 models, and four non-locking cables for QLXD4, SLX4, and BLX4R. Additionally, it includes two bulkhead adapters, a rack mount hardware kit, and a PS60 power supply.
