The Yamaha FG820 acoustic guitar combines high craftsmanship, excellent sound, and comfort during play. The Yamaha FG series first appeared in 1966 and has since become popular among musicians worldwide, thanks to its affordable price and excellent features. Today's models continue this legacy.
The body of the Yamaha FG820 is made of mahogany, which provides a soft and warm sound, complemented by deep bass and expressive midrange frequencies. The top is made of solid spruce. The improved bracing system (Scalloped X Bracing) allows the guitar to produce a fuller, deeper sound, maintaining excellent tone quality even with intensive use.
The cream-colored plastic binding that adorns the body and neck gives the instrument elegance while also reliably protecting it from damage. The neck is made of nato, with a walnut fingerboard and bridge, providing reliability and comfort during play.
The FG820 features a traditional western (dreadnought) design with a body depth of 100-118 mm. The scale length is 650 mm, which allows for comfortable string tension and provides excellent sound. The chrome-plated closed tuning pegs give the guitar a modern look and securely hold the tuning.
