Electro-Voice ZLX 8P G2 is a new generation active speaker system that expands the legendary ZLX series, adding a compact 8-inch model with professional-grade power and functionality. With its advanced architecture, improved dynamics, and modern connectivity options, this system is ideal for both mobile sound reinforcement and fixed installations, events, performances, and everyday use.
The ZLX 8P G2 features a powerful 1000W Class D amplifier and a built-in Dynacord digital mixer that supports effects, compression, equalization, AFS, ducking, and phantom power. The combination of an 8-inch woofer and a 1.4-inch titanium diaphragm tweeter delivers balanced sound with clear highs and tight lows at a maximum SPL of 126 dB. The patented SST waveguide ensures uniform 90° × 60° coverage and stable sound across the entire frequency range.
With a full-color LCD display, QuickSmart encoder, and QuickSmart mobile app for iOS/Android, the user has complete control over all system parameters, including five sound modes (Live, Music, Speech, Club, FRFR) and Bluetooth connectivity for wireless stereo streaming. The compact, durable, and lightweight polypropylene enclosure with ergonomic handles and updated design is perfect for transport, rack mounting, or use as a stage monitor.
