The JBL PRX912 is a professional two-way 12-inch PA loudspeaker designed for musicians, DJs, and sound engineers who need a portable system with powerful, high-quality sound. With its advanced acoustics, comprehensive DSP, and ruggedized design, the PRX912 provides versatility in all environments, from gigs and rental installations to permanent installations.
The speaker features an 12-inch ferrite magnet woofer with a JBL 2408H-2 compression driver that delivers clear sound with a frequency range of 50 Hz-20 kHz and SPL of up to 132 dB. The 2000W (peak) Class D amplifier delivers powerful, clear sound with low distortion.
The dbx DriveRack's advanced DSP includes automatic feedback suppression, Soundcraft Overeasy limiter, 12-band parametric EQ, and speaker delay settings. Control is possible via the color LCD screen on the cabinet or the JBL Pro Connect app, which allows you to configure up to 10 speakers in the system. BLE technology provides easy remote control.
The system features a ruggedized polypropylene enclosure with talc composite reinforced with internal ribs for added rigidity and durability. Integrated M10 suspension points and a rack socket make the PRX912 versatile for both floor and pole configurations.
