Passive monitor Park Audio SM124-8

The Park Audio SM124-8 passive monitor is a versatile loudspeaker designed for use as a floor stage monitor or as a satellite in subwoofer-satellite sound reinforcement systems. With its high power and compact design, it’s ideal for professional live sound applications.

This monitor features a 12" low-frequency driver from Italian brand LAVOCE ITALIANA rated at 300 W with a 2.5" voice coil, along with a 1" high-frequency driver from B&C Speakers. The SM124-8 has a frequency response from 67 Hz to 19 kHz and delivers a peak sound pressure level of up to 128 dB.

It offers a wide dispersion angle of 90° horizontal and 60° vertical. Thanks to its bass reflex acoustic design, the monitor delivers deep low-end response.

The enclosure is made from high-quality birch plywood and coated with a durable black water-polymer paint. The drivers are protected by a rugged perforated steel grille with a powder coating, complemented by acoustically transparent polyurethane foam on the inside for added moisture protection.

For easy transport, the unit includes ergonomic side handles. It also features a pole mount flange and two SpeakON connectors located on the rear panel.

The SM124-8 has a nominal power rating of 300 W (AES) and a program power rating of 600 W. Its sensitivity is 97.5 dB at 1 W/1 m.
