Bon Jovi is an American rock band formed in 1983 in Sayreville, New Jersey. Known for their hits "Livin' on a Prayer" and "You Give Love a Bad Name," the band rose to worldwide fame in 1986 with the album Slippery When Wet. Their music combines elements of rock, pop, and heavy metal. Bon Jovi has released 15 studio albums and sold over 120 million records worldwide. They have received numerous awards, including being inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2018.
2020 is the fifteenth studio album by American rock band Bon Jovi, released in October 2020 after several delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The album features songs inspired by current events, including the fight against the pandemic and protests following the murder of George Floyd. Some of the biggest hits include "Limitless," "Do What You Can," and "American Reckoning." The album blends themes of optimism, social justice, family values, and reflections on migrants and the military. This album became an important cultural commentary and a reflection of the mood in the U.S. during the presidential election year.
