Bon Jovi is an American rock band formed in 1983 in Sayreville, New Jersey. Known for their hits "Livin' on a Prayer" and "You Give Love a Bad Name", the band achieved worldwide fame in 1986 with the album Slippery When Wet. Their music combines elements of rock, pop, and heavy metal. Bon Jovi has released 15 studio albums and sold over 120 million records worldwide. They have earned numerous awards, including being inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2018.
Forever is Bon Jovi's sixteenth studio album, released on June 7, 2024, through Island Records. It is the band's first album after Jon Bon Jovi's vocal cord surgery in 2022. The recording features new official members: producer John Shanks (rhythm guitar) and backing vocalist Everett Bradley. The album includes songs reflecting personal experiences, such as "Kiss the Bride", written for Bon Jovi's daughter, and the collaboration with Ed Sheeran, "Living in Paradise".
