Fantom-2 is a Ukrainian musical group, founded in 1996 in Ivano-Frankivsk. The band consisted of Roman Matiyash and Olga Grechko. They worked in the eurodance genre and quickly gained popularity among the Ukrainian audience. Their debut album "Zoryani Viyny," released in October 1996, sold over a million copies on audio cassette and became a major hit. In the mid-90s, the band performed numerous concerts across Ukraine and shared the stage with international stars such as DJ BoBo and Bad Boys Blue. In 1999, the band ceased their activity, and Matiyash and Grechko parted ways. In 2017, Roman Matiyash stated in an interview that he had granted permission for modern musicians to cover the band's songs, including the band Flyza.

Bez Kontrolyu is the second album by the band, released in 1997, and became one of the most successful releases of the Ukrainian eurodance scene at the time. The album continued the success of the debut "Zoryani Viyny" and solidified the band's popularity among listeners. The album is characterized by the signature sound of "Phantom-2," blending eurodance elements with rhythms and melodies typical of the time that attracted listeners.
